We are the United States office of Third Hope Uganda and have applied for 501(c)(3) status. Our mission is to raise funds in support of Third Hope Uganda’s goals, values and ongoing projects. Our time and efforts are rewarded by each step forward in our mission.

THIRD HOPE UGANDA is a locally run nonprofit, nonpolitical organization in Uganda, Africa. We are Christian based and Christ focused. Our organization started because of a calling on a returned child soldier’s life to give others the hope that was given him when he returned from the Lord Resistance Army.

OUR GOAL
Giving hope and purpose to the young people of Uganda and their disadvantaged communities to enhance their livelihoods and build a better future.

OUR VALUES
Healing through forgiveness. Third Hope Uganda is rooted in the power of love and forgiveness in order to provide complete and holistic healing and restoration of the affected individuals and communities.
Shared humanity. Third Hope Uganda has concerned itself with the welfare of the whole of humanity in its engagements and purpose in order to build trust and receive healing in the face of despair.
Promotion of Hope. Third Hope Uganda has based itself on the promotion of hope to restore purpose and reconciliation through offering opportunities, guidance and belief in higher principles rooted in the trust of one another.
Compassion. All activities of Third Hope Uganda in regard to formerly abducted children, child soldiers, orphans and other vulnerable children are based on compassion and the need to see an end to the current situation.
Partnership and collaborations. Third Hope Uganda believes in partnerships and collaborations with groups, organizations and communities in all initiatives and activities for the well being of the target beneficiaries in a bid to achieve synergy.
